Here at Excellent Healthcare, our Diabetes Management Program offers individual and group instruction that stresses self-management skills. Accredited Licensed by the Texas Dept. of Health-Medicaid and Medicare Certified. Our program has helped many people take control of their diabetes.
Based on your personal medical history, our certified diabetes educators will help you set goals and will give you the tools and support you need to take charge of your health. Our nurses, registered dietitians and other instructors will help you learn about diet, exercise and other tools you can use to get healthy. We will tell you what to expect, how to monitor yourself and how to respond to changes and unexpected situations.
